SGC Projects offers a wide range of services from design through to construction.
Our previous projects include both a variety of new builds and modifications to existing buildings.
When working on design and build contracts our team are able to support our clients by producing concepts and proposals and develop these into detailed construction plans and full working drawings.
Since it was established, SGC Projects has worked on various types of builds. Our company has constructed large scale industrial canopies, factories and warehouses.
SGC Projects are an accredited member of CHAS. The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) was created by experienced health and safety professionals in 1997 to improve health and safety standards in the UK.

SGC Projects is led by qualified civil engineers who have the experience and technical skills to develop designs, value engineer solutions, produce and refine drawings and 3D models.
Our approach is to work closely alongside our clients and manage the output of the architects and designers. It is our objective to produce a product that meets the budget, set requirements and programme of our customer .
Following the design we have the knowledge and experience to fully manage the build process, from mobilisation to demobilisation in a safe and efficient manner and in line with industry best practice.
Our supply chain is local to Hampshire and well established. A combination of their support and self delivery ensures our aim to provide good value without compromising quality.

SGC Projects is run as a family business. It was started by Angus Houston and Stephen McKeown in 2003 and employs Civil Engineers to support delivery of both Building and Infrastructure projects in Hampshire.
The projects are typically design & build, with SGC Projects acting as the principal contractor. We are very client focused and want to understand your requirements and meet your expectations.
We are known for our high standard of technical proficiency, quality and safety standards. Our team want to add value, and prefer to be involved from the early design stage and up to handover.
